Once upon a time there was a magic stream in the forest.  A bad wizard cast a spell on it because he was mad at the king.  When anyone touched the stream with their finger it turned black as coal.  The good wizard wanted to help the king so he went into the forest.  When he got there he saw the bad wizard.  They fought and the good wizard turned the bad wizard into a fox.  The spell on the stream was broken and the forest was a good place to be once more.
