帰路、立ち寄ったイブラヒムさん宅で。シグリという町が郷里で、そこも耕作地が津波の被害にあっているのです。残念ながら、この日はお留守でご本人とは会えませんでした。次回のアチェ訪問時にまた立ち寄る予定です。 家族の写真を撮りたいといったら、最初はみなとても恥ずかしがって家に駆け込んでしまったのですが、まもなくでてきて撮影できました。よそ行きの衣服と普段着とまるっきり違っていて、普段着では恥ずかしいのです。
We dropped in at Mr.Ibrahim's house on our way back. He is from an area called Sigli, and fields there are also damaged. Unfortunately he was out that day, so we will try again next time.
