灌漑施設のある田圃の地域で、実験田を定めるために現地視察をしました。作地を提供するが、賃貸料を払ってくれないか、と申し出てくる農民がいて、ちょっとてこずった一幕もありました。外国人援助の入る所でしばしば援助金をめぐってさまざまなトラブルが起きているようですが、できるだけそのようなことは排除しながら活動していく注意深さが要求されます。
Inspections for choosing another experimental field in an area that have irrigation facilities. We had a kind of hard time when a farmer offered to let us use his field in exchange for some rental fee. In places where they have got foreign aid, various troubles occur concerning financial support. We have to be very careful not to cause this kind of trouble.
