Ondrea has all of her life been groomed to become an Aerie Sister, though she has yet to bond a gryphon. She has yet to prove herself responsible, and elder members of the aerie have serious doubts as to her worthiness. So her greatest tasks must be, continuing to study the ways of the Aerie and its ruling body, and to go to extra lengths to serve.

Physical Description

Hair

An extremely dark rusty-brown color, Ondrea's hair is easily mistaken for black. It has a fine, feathery quality about it like the rest of the women in her family. On wavy hair it may be deemed "fly-away," except that when caught by the wind, her hair falls in straight, semi-flat strips instead of a frizzy halo. Lending to this "feathered" appearance is her hair's longish uneven cut, held back in a tail at the nape of her neck with the front falling about her face.

Eyes

Though it is a family trait to pierce the heart with predatory intensity, Ondrea's eyes contain stronger passion within them than her sister's. Perhaps it is their dark color, a liquid brown the color of good whiskey, which warms the body with false heat. Ondrea's equally promising yet irresponsible and conscienceless gaze contains the hot emotion of the moment, but quickly change focus, leaving the object of their gaze feeling chilled.

Physique

Ondrea has the physique of a long-distance runner. Sleek and well-muscled, she could easily out-distance any man twice her size and stride. She does not have a liquid grace about her, but an athlete's arrogant and easy composure. Her upper-body strength is considerable for a woman, let alone one her size, which easily puts her at only 5-feet, 5-inches tall.

Appearance

Overall, Ondrea's appearance is like that of a small bird of prey. Her face shape is between an oval and a tear-drop, her jawline sloping steeply to a point at her chin. She has a wide forehead, suggesting a great intellect, if only she would apply it to matters at hand. She has a tendancy of tucking her jaw inward, so that had she a pair of glasses she might pass for a librarian; instead, it aptly gives her a glaring, judgemental expression.

Dress

Ondrea enjoys wearing blacks, greys, and deep purples. A typical outfit may include a purple, vee-necked, long-sleeved tunic with belt loops and black-leather belt worn over a black tee-shirt and black riding breeches. She prefers dark brown or black leather boots that ride to just below the knee, as well as matching gauntlets that ride almost to the elbow. She is deft with a knife, and often wears one at her belt, in a boot sheath, and strapped to her arm in an arm sheath.

Personality

Additude

Ondrea's spontaneous and adventurous demeanor have lead her to trouble time and again. What "seemed like a good idea at the time," often results in a great trial or a long quest that Ondrea had not foreseen. It is her lack of foresight that presents itself time and again, making her superiors question her ability to one day rule as an Aerie Sister. That and her tendancy to take things on face value, often judging others (and situations) before they can be properly presented. She is opportunistic however, and has thus far prevailed every time through determination, stubbornness, and brute force. She is also clever and creative like a thief, reacting to a tight situation instantly and eloquently, provided she does not lose her short temper.

Hobbies

Rock climbing is one of Ondrea's favorite leisure-time activities, along with exploration of the wilds of Dusana Island. She has long been interested in the mapping of the Island, but lacks the patience and artistic (and technical) skill to do so.
