Technically, Scarth is a duotoned dragon: Black-and-Purple. Oily-black like a beetle, Scarth has vaguely metallic scales covering almost the entirety of his body, ranging from larger, platelike scales the size of a sand dollar on his back, to the tiny, flexible, fingernail-sized scales covering his throat and face. His chest, neck and belly are armored in pearly royal purple, segmented plates. Each of his horns, spikes, and claws is shiny and purest-black.Eyes
Large, cat-yellow eyes peer out ominously from beneath Scarth's prominent brow. They are tri-lidded like a snake's, or an eagle's, and almost as keen as the latter. His eyes are graced with long pupils that are capable of narrowing to mere slit in daylight, or overthrowing the irises in pure darkness.Physique
Scarth is massive, where his mate is medium-sized. His chest and shoulders are broad, wings huge: both wide and long. His limbs are moderately long, and muscular. His tail is likewise medium-long, tapering from quite wide at its base, to narrow and whiplike starting at about three-fourths of the way to the tip, which branches into three, without webbing.Appearance
Scarth's appearance is generally that of other Dusanese, with dual wing-tines: one leading edge tine, and one as an extension off the elbow. He has finlike ears and spikes along his prominent brow ridges. He has opposeable thumbs, and walks on three toes per foot, with a dewclaw. But he also has spikes running down his neck, and brandishes a pair of horns, each with two branchings, one that points out and up, one that continues to point straight up.Personality

Scarth is very sharp, quick to catch on, and seeks the quickest, most effecient way to solve a problem. He can be easily irritated with what he believes to be stupid, and his temper can flare as hot as sand under blistering sun. However, he is very protective of those he loves, and is careful not to lose that temper with them. Respect is greatly valued by Scarth, who believes that no one can lead a group without earning their respect. His humor can be wry or downright sarcastic, but he is careful to curb his tongue when he feels it inappropriate.Hobbies
Scarth loves nothing more than to be alone with his mate and... surely there are other things he likes to do besides making eggs, like picking on mean people, complaining, and flaming his sworn enemies. We'll let you know when we find out.Family
