Hamburg Gravy


This should feed a family of 4

Ingredients

1-1 1/2 pounds of hamburg
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 can of milk (use the soup can)
Salt and Pepper
Onion (optional)

Directions

In a large skillet brown hamburg, drain, in another medium size pot, mix the soup and milk together. Heat well. Add hamburg to the soup mixture and season to taste

NOTE: If you would like this a little thinner add 1 whole can of milk

Serve over rice or boiled potatoes
Preperation time: about 1/2 hour

My mom used to make a home made white gravy and added her own mushrooms.
