Intro: Dr. Forrester introduces the movie and explains the premise
Opening: Mike's exercise routine, "Where's Crow?," and
what is that rythmic pounding?
Host segment 1: After the film breaks, Crow and Tom goad Mike into
piloting the SOL!
Host segment 2: Tom has an Interociter in his room! (But who's that
guy in the shower?)
End: Dr. F. is hoping that Mike didn't survive this experiment, but
on the SOL its party time! (With a "THIS ISLAND EARTH" theme.)
Using his Interociter, Dr. F. (trying to be a party pooper) transports himself
next to that guy in the shower!
Stinger: No stinger, but Mike, Crow and Tom riff over the ending
credits (of the MST3K movie, that is!)
