Schedule of works 2002/03 – to commence 1st October 2002
Gardens
The gardens to be attended to on a monthly basis from March 2002 to September 2003 (seven visits)

Tidy, removal of weeds, feed and treat as necessary. Prune and dead head as necessary. Mulch once in the year with well rotted manure or similar (please specify). |

War Memorial flower beds |
Tidy and weed. Sweep pavings and litter pick. Twice yearly (May and November) replace the bedding plants with new ones. The November visit is important; it must take place during the week commencing Monday 5th November 2002. |
Footpaths
The following footpaths to be cleared of litter and dog fouling right up to the boundary fence, hedge or wall (except for the lower part of 9 below, where the side of the path near to the garages in privately owned). Undergrowth and overgrowth on the path and its immediate edge to be removed and weedkiller applied as necessary. This to be done quarterly, during October 2002 and January, April and July 2003.
