Pictured is AKC/ASCA Ch Wildwind's Eclipse of the Heart, "Chrissy,"
with her 5 day old puppies by AKC/ASCA Ch Hi Desert Playing for Keeps. She had 3 BMB, 1 RMM, 2 BMM, 5 BTM. This mother is doing well, also. This litter was born three days earlier - October 24, 2002. We were lucky, we only lost two of these pups. Angel, Copper, and Pepper's litter.
We have placed all but two of the puppies. The two we

How we came to have two litters so close together is a story in
itself. Usually we have a litter about every 18 months. We had planned to breed Chrissy in Ausust of 2002 and Jubie in late September 2002, since Jubie had just turned three. Chrissy came into heat one week late and Jubie came in one month early, plus she went into breedable heat on the 6th day of her cycle. Yikes!!! These pictures are the REST of THAT story. |
