Its not doom saying, its scientific fact, the world is under attack by the worst parasite ever, and it is reeling under the attack.
The ISS (International Space Station) has been having a few minor problems, such as a minor loss in its altitude in orbit. The most recent attempt to boost it back up was not enough to gain the optimal (aimed at) altitude. Granted this is a minor issue and most likely will not lead to any serious problems. However the news promoted my memory to recall Hopi Prophecy:

Let me underscore this point. It is not just biblical Prophecy which speaks of a coming age of troubles. Each Religion has its set of "End Time" prophecies. Ironically it is now, in our age of development that we can compare all of them relatively easily, we can also understand the science behind each event, we can now see how these sorts of things can happen without having to call upon the supernatural to make these things take place.
There is no coincidence that many cultures have their prophecies about the time of trouble, the Purification, the end of the Age, the End of this cycle.
Yes, it is clearly stated that AFTER the time of Trouble, the Tribulation the Great Purification that a new age of reason, peace and spiritual enlightenment will come to pass. However we first must make it through that dark period.
I want for you to know that only 1/5th of the world will make it through that period alive. The rest will die during that period. Many will die a second death, meaning their souls will die as well.
Prophecy must be taken literally to understand what is happening today, to fully understand that we are in deep Dutch and that the world, the whole world has moved into a time of catastrophe and death and that we failed to heed the warning (which prophecy was a warning that went unheeded).
There is no coincidence that we are entering a period of climate change which threatens life as we know it.
There is no coincidence that we are approaching the end of the Oil Age, indeed it is somewhat ironic that as we reach the stage where oil will become a swiftly vanishing resource that we have burnt enough of it to alter the ecology of Earth to the point of no return.

Home building is devouring fertile fields and we do not have anyplace else to plant crops.
Indeed world scientists worry over the end of natural resources, worry over this unprecedented and geologically speaking too fast climate change. They know and understand that we human beings have pushed the envelope way too far.
6.462 billion people on earth is far too much for us to sustain these numbers in natural ways. We rely way too much upon shipping, fertilizers, pesticides and now genetically altered plants and animals to feed our ever expanding numbers. The earth can comfortably sustain 1 billion - 1/5th of 6.4 billion is 280 million, a decent restart for a population providing enough room for growth while still allowing us to heed the need to find a good way to maintain our numbers.
Most of us live in unnatural prisons of concrete, steel and asphalt - cities. Each and every city only has 3 days of food in it at any given time. Each day we ship in tones of foods and supplies to maintain any city. Water is transported from miles away and relies upon pumps and power and a delicate infra structure of purification and delivery which means that if the power fails, or if a few things go wrong a city will dry up and blow away. A break down in shipping means that a city will starve.
Cities themselves have a high impact upon the environment. All of that concrete and asphalt generates a heat sink where it may be 90F in the rural area surrounding a city but in that city it can be 100F - and worse the city radiates that heat long into the night maintaining the higher temperatures which directly affect precipitation, the movement of smog.
Medicine has created its own set of horrors. New antibiotic resistant strains of common germs emerge which do not respond to conventional therapies. These "super germs"
http://www.gb-ga.com/healthWellness/articles/Super_Bugs.htm are not alone in the pestilence department, new emerging diseases, West Nile virus to name but one, are spreading about due to the warmer climate, coming up out of the equatorial jungles which are being devoured by land hungry humans and carried upon the bodies of insects that were once killed by cold winters in the north are posing health issues which frankly medical science is terrified of. Especially in a day and age when people panic over the limited supply of a flu vaccine which BTW has demonstrated very well just how safe and secure our medical futures really are.
These are facts, these are happening right now. Not requiring interpretation of prophecy to clearly see what is going on. We humans have failed to honor and respect our domain. We were created to hold dominion over Earth, to maintain it and tend it as the garden that Earth is supposed to be. Instead we have raped it, ravaged it, abused it, subjected it to our unloving will, divided it, attempted to own it, to break it to use it up and make it into something it is not.
In light of all of these facts we had best better hope and pray that the Prophecies of a Coming Messiah are true - if not we are totally and completely XXXX.
