This site is located off an old service road back in the woods. It has been heavily vandalized and is also deteriorating, but nonetheless, most of it is still there.

As legend has it, the site was once home to a couple who built everything by hand and from scratch. They lived out in the woods with little contact to the outside world. As the story goes, the husband eventually began building this village for little people (tiny demons?), and he built himself a throne to rule over them. These little demons began to control him and forced him to keep building the village and start doing strange things (such as install bars over the windows to his house, making it like a prison). His wife did not like anything that was going on and tried repeatedly to stop him. Eventually he claimed the little people told him to kill his wife (because she sat in his throne), which he did. After that, nobody is really sure what happened to him. Most of the buildings are gone now, but the remains of the house and the throne are still evident, and are readily visible. It is now said that whomever sits in the throne will die within seven years.
