Red Pulse!08/31/2009Red Pulse!

It's a new year and I'm still working on the backlog of site updates. But what else is new. Those of you who are still visiting this site and have been here awhile will by now know that I'm not very good at updating the site very often.

Truth be known I'm not the greatest when it comes to site work in general. If only I had someone to be the webmaster here thing's would be better at being updated on a regular basis. Oh well.

Regardless of an update schedule, PSi and NEAPRI have been busy with investigations none the less. Even though the reports aren't up yet you can see on the main page that we have some new investigations, and some very historical buildings that we have now investigated.

Hopefully I will have the reports up soon.

Still making progress on the backlog. As you can see I've been making progress, and there are a lot more viewable reports then there used to be. For those of you who haven't been here in a while, or are just joining us for the first time, there are a lot more case files now then there used to be. 170 case files to be exact. And although I have been doing more investigating in the last two years then others combined, I haven't been very good at posting the reports.

Well, as you can see that has changed. And boy has it changed. I've got better templates then I used to some updating is easier, plus I now have a database program of my own design that gets updated after each and every investigation. Which means it is that much more easier to make web pages for each new report and case file.

And to add to the fun we have some new places to investigate and some of them are buildings. So much more fun and active them graveyards. Not that we'll stop investigating those.

See you all next time.

Hey look! I made an update!

As you can see I've been busy. I finally updated the equipment, however there is still some more to add. Plus I need to make description pages for them.

The big update however is that I finally posted all places PSi has been to over the eight years we have been around. Now I know I don't have links to them all yet. But don't worry. I will get to them.

Keep in mind that it's taken me the better part of an evening. I started the website revamp at around 7:00pm and am typing this news message now at 3:13am.

That's all I'm doing tonight. But be sure to check out our new forums at NEAPRI

See you all next time.

Do I even need to explain myself anymore? I think everyone who has read these post and/or knows me, by now knows what to expect. I update when I can, and when I have the time and/or energy.

Anyway, some updates.

Also a new section for submitted stories. I do not claim validity to any claims in the stories section. All stories are As Is. Go on and check it out. It's small now, but will grow in time.

Also there are some Site changes planed for the near future. Nothing Earth shattering, just some rearranging.

What with one thing and another its been difficult to do anything. I do have a bunch of new cases, and investigations. I actually have plenty of information to update, just haven't had much time or ambition to type up the info.

Got some new members too. Just look at the member list on the main page.

More to come soon. I hope.

Yeah, Yeah, I know. It's been a while since I updating the site. Too long in fact. Lots of things happened in the past that has gotten in the way. I.E. broken wrist, disabled (not just the wrist), no job (kinda goes along with being disabled, etcetera, etcetera.

I do have investigations to post. I just have to get off my ass and type them up. It would help if I wasn't depressed most of the time.

Also, Judi from Ghost Images Paranormal Investigations is now handling new member applications. You can find her on the side bar at the bottom or click the new member link on the home page.

I will try to get some updated info up as soon as I get some more ambition.

Fixed Hookman's Cemetery page so that it now reads in Seymour instead of Derby. Also I have been experimenting with the picture compression to save more space on the server so that I can post more pictures without paying for more server space. The results so far have been pretty good and I have not seen any sever quality degradation in the pictures. I'm sure that if there is someone will let me know.

There will be more updates in the near future as time permits.

Before any of you start into me, please understand that it is very hard to run an organization alone.

That being said, there will be updates and site changes in the near future when free time permits.

First of all I have some new investigation reports to post and new pictures. Also PSi has been working in conjunction with two new investigators. I have been to some new sites with Judi & Bruno since they contacted me back in June. Both have been investigation the paranormal since around 1999. I will post profiles for both once I have information available.

I also have another possible investigator who does not currently wish to disclose his name at this time, but who shows promise for investigations. Hopefully with there help PSi can offer more frequent updates on a more regular basses.

One other announcement is the possible formation of another branch of PSi called Unknown CT, which will be investigating forgotten places in CT and New England that are outside of the Paranormal and Supernatural, but are an interest none the less.

Unfortunately again there isn't anything much to post. I haven't been doing any investigations due to the fact that I have no one to do an investigation with.

Baring that, I do have some news to report. PSi will not be doing any investigation in the Burlington area for a while. I was watching the news and saw a report tonight concerning a group of people that seriously vandalized the Corbin Corner Cemetery in Burlington CT. Anyone with information concerning this heinous act should contact the local police in Burlington, or contact State Police Troop L in Litchfield with any information.

And if anyone reading this was involved in this act, they should turn themselves in to the police for the crime that they have committed. Not only have you made it harder for us Paranormal researches to conduct our business, but you have committed an act of anti-patriotism towards the people buried in this particular cemetery. Some of the graves date back to civil war times.

Hopefully the people involved will turn themselves in before the police catch them. If not the police will find them. They've found enough evidence to eventually fine those involved.

And I hope to have something better to say come next update.

Again I apologize for the lake of updates. With the economy as it has been its been hard to find reliable work. And unfortunately work has to come before ghost research.

Anyway, the long awaited update for Green Lady is finally up. I gave up trying to rewrite the information and decided to just leave it as is with notes as to where it came from in respect to the people who wrote the information.

Also added is a new investigation I tripped across while visiting relatives in NC. To go there click on Lydia Ghost

Sorry I haven't done much with updates lately. Its hard to do research on the paranormal when you are doing research for finding a job. I hope to have something in the near future.

Please have patience. We haven't left, we're just looking for work.

Small update today. For most of you you may not notice any differences. New code here and there. Extra-coding taken out to make the site run a little faster. Stuff like that.

I'm still working on the updates to the Green Lady page and hope to have it up soon, time permitting. Still alot of information to go through, and still trying to figure out the best way to tell it. Para-phrasing has never been my strong suit.

Also we've added a new investigation report to the Stone House page.

Until then, keep looking behind those trees, under rock and in those attics, basements, and old barns and buildings.

I know its been a while since I updated, so I hope I haven't lost anyone. Being that's its winter here in New England its hard to do anything outside at night and stay warm at the same time. And of course scheduling is still a problem around the office.

However, I have received some very interesting information from a Brian P. who lives in Bristol CT concerning the site known as Green Lady. Unfortunately I have not had the time to format the text for the site or scan the pages so that I may place them on the page and update the site. I hope to accomplish this in the near future.

And of course as the weather warms up we here at PSi hope to conduct more investigations.

Stay warm. Look and listen. And I quote, "The Truth Is Out There".

P.S. Mr. Carter please don't sue me about the quote.

Added a new tools section for those of you who want to do some hunting of your own. Its been too cold to do any investigations lately. Probably won't be able to do any till springtime or till it gets warmer.

If however, anyone knows of a place in the warm that might be of interest though, drop us a line here at PSi. Also if you are interested in a location but need someone to accompany you on your trek into the unknown, let us know. If schedules permit we may be able to accompany you.

Only one new investigation to report. Actually its more of just an observation than a investigation. It just happened and I just happened to be there at the time.

Anyway its in the reports section. Stone House 12/02/2001.

Other than that there isn't anything else to report at the time being. Scheduling has been a problem as well as finances.

Be that as it may, we will continue to investigate the unexplained and the unexplainable.

Got some news to report. First of all we have a new member to PSi. We are glad to welcome Scott G. to our ranks of researchers. You will be able to read about Scott as soon as I get his Bio written and posted.

The other bit of news is that we have found a new site to investigate. Pequabuck Tunnel in Terryville. We don't know much about the tunnel yet, aside from that it is almost 100 years old and still in use.

Hopefully I will be able to keep updating the page at least once a month, but time will tell if I am able to keep this promise.

Well... where to start. Well do to finances, schedules, and a lack of willingness from some of our members. As well as a lack of members, PSi has not been able to conduct any investigations for some time. I hope to rectify this in the near future, but until I find someone willing to go on an investigation there isn't a lot I can do. I do not condone conducting investigations alone due to safety concerns, it would not be good for me to be tromping through a cemetery, hunted house, or the woods by myself at night and then trip and hurt myself and have to crawl back to the car, or worse. If anyone in the mid-south-western part of CT is interested in becoming a member, or just going on an investigation, please e-mail me. As soon as I find a second person I hope to resume investigations before winter sets in. Thank you for your patience, and I hope to start updating the site soon.

Sorry for the lack of updates in the last three months. PSi has been unfortunately busy with other matters, (i.e. transportation issues, money constraints, and scheduling problems.) But we hope to rectify these issues and get things back on track.

PSi does have plans for new sites, and further investigation into old cases.

We thank you for your patience and apologize for the lull.
