Then we went to a hot dog stand... where... you guessed it... we got HOT DOGS!! OMG!! It's scary!! They were ok... I don't really eat hot dogs lately... Maybe I just got sick of them... ah... who cares... and then we preceded to drive around like idiots for a half-hour because we needed to blow an hour before dropping off Cynthia at work... we eventually gave up... seeing as this town is boring and Cynthia could drive herself to work... O.o...
Then me and Hikaru hanged out for a really long time!! :) Just kidding... we hanged out in her room for a few hours... until her dad got home and we went out to eat at Old Country Buffet...
Not a bad place to eat all in all. I prefer chinese... but something different is always welcome... :)I had pot roast... it was very good... and it had red potatoes in it... I love them!! (::grin:: I had some earlier too... :) ) which was accompanied with a couple of rolls... and a lot of salad... I love a good salad... :) though their eggs were a little nasty... O.o... and for dessert... cheesecake... :) with cherries! Gotta love that stuff.. :)
After dinner, in a lot of rain, we drove around to a few different places. We went to Comic City... where I got the 9th Dragon Ball comic and the 3rd Plannet Ladder comic.... both pretty good... though it was sad when they killed and burned the cat in Planet Ladder... that was just plain spiteful... O.o... We then went to Dearborn Music and the Krogers down the way from it... all uneventful... despite my hip hurting!!
We then went back to Annette's where we acted like lazy bums for the rest of the night... :) the next day we went to the Motor City Comic Convention.. AHHH.. :)
It was great... I really love comic conventions... (I've only been to two, including this one.. O.o) I can't really describe it all... it was just too cool... :)
Then the rest of the weekend was my down time... too much excitement and I feel like I've just blown my weekend... and then I get back to school and it feels like I didn't really even have a weekend... but today was okay... too much copying as usual... but the copiers were fairly nice to me today... O.o... so all in all... a pretty good couple of days... well... that's all for now... :)
As you could probably tell, I didn't like finishing sentences back then. -_-; That changed as it went on... but, you'll still see lots of "..."s. Also, on weekends, I slept alot... ^_^ That was what I was referring to as down time. I barely did anything. I procrasted a lot on homework too. ;)
