Hot Chocy
Links to pages 1-5

No evening at Grandma and Grandpa's is complete without a cup of hot chocolate (or "hot chocy" as the youngest ones call it.)

On most occasions, the hot chocolate is made from Grandma's recipe. The kids help assemble the ingredients, then with some help, learn to measure out the right amounts (it's a great lesson in fractions) and stir them together.

After the hot chocolate is just right, everyone gets a cup and we all settle down to read a favorite bedtime story or watch a favorite movie.
