Hole 6 Par 4
The most challenging hole at Orchard Hills, hole 6 is a long par 4 with many challenges.
Your first shot will be hit from an elevated tee box down onto the fairway that
looks like a small valley. When hitting your tee shot here you must be very accurate
because anything left or right of the fairway will take you into the trees or
out of bounds. When hitting your second shot the green will be elevated anywhere
from 50 to 75 feet above your head, this will make your approach to the green
very challenging. If your second shot doesn’t get up over the hill and onto
the green you run the chance of your ball rolling far back down the hill and leaving
you with another hard shot to get to the green. You are best to go up a club and
hit it a little harder because even if you don’t get on the green here it
is better to be behind the green than down the hill.
