At this point your choices are endless, you could use the image as the sky in a clipart image or for another image you have made...you could tile it for a background...the sky's the limit..sorry for the pun ;)

Today, let's make a plaque!!

With your selection tool set on rectangle, select the best portion of you sky and clouds ( size is not imprtant, just choose the area which looks the best to you!

Now, Choose a nice contrasting dark blue, I used #52608C  and set as your background color.
go to Image>Add Borders and use the following settings

With your magic wand, select your new border so that the ants are marching around it :)
Go to Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel and select the preset "Pillow" effect,
Deselect 

Resize the image 75% and sharpen once

Click on your text tool and using an even darker blue as your font color, I choose #12274A and using any font of your choice, I chose CAC Champagne and any message of your choice. 

To give a nice reflection of the Text off of the clouds, use the following Drop Shadow

And Voila!
