In order to join the former Dejazmach Wube Neighborhood Residents' Association in Northern America, the perspective member should be an Ethiopian who have been either born or lived in the neighborhood before coming to the United States or accepted the associations rules and goals. The main reason is because of both its short and long term objectives that focus in reaching out to the former Dejazmach Wube Neigborhood in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
