| Cheese Cake For filling: -3/4 cup cream cheese, softened -3/4 cup and 2 tbsp plain yogurt -1/3 cup sugar -2 tbsps lemon juice -1 tbsp powder gelatine -1/4 cup water For Crust: -1 cup crushed graham crackers -3 tbsps butter -1 tbsp sugar |

| 4. Stir cream cheese in a bowl until soften. 5. Put water and gelatine mixture into microwave and heat for a min. 6. Add yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, and gelatine into softened cream cheese and mix well. 7. Pour the filling into the crust and spread. 8. Refrigerate for 3 hours. 9. Serve with your favorite fruit of jam. |
