soft breezes sweep my hair across my face
annoyance at the obscured vision
causes me to shake my head and look away
in that instant she is gone

panicked realization grips me
pause
relief
she has returned once more to my field of view
slow motion 3-d
she advances

step........step.......step......step

she is upon me
such a vision assaulting my senses
she is the sun
blinding but captivating
pause
gaping codfish i am speechless
pause
she is kissing me
frozen nerves melt with the touch of her lips
i embrace but can never let go
i am free yet she has captured my heart
pause
she is my love, my life
pause
in her i know love
in her i know sanctuary
in her i know joy
in her i know me
