Episodes 167 - 169
Amy/Sailor Mercury - Kara Dennison - Pretty good. Fits Amy fairly well. Her voice in 168 was just incredible. Great accent. Her "Mercury Aqua Rhapsody" call in episode 168 was pretty good (it's even better in ep 170). All in all a great voice. 8/10
Raye/Sailor Mars - Laura Vasilion - Good pick by Jed to have her as Mars. Laura did a great job of doing the voice for the sexiest, and hottest of all the Senshi. I really did like her attack call. It's very good in ep 171 as well. When she did her whole evil spirts disperse thing in ep 168 to the mirror, that wasn't very good. But other than that, great job! Not only is Laura a good VA, she is one good-looking babe! Voice: 9/10 Beauty: 10/10 :-)
Lita/Sailor Jupiter - Kristina Murdaugh - Ah yes, Sailor Jupiter. My favoirte Inner. Due to the fact she the Inner's version of Uranus. I had high expectations fer her. I was pretty disapointed at first, but her voice greatly improved further into the dub. It took me awhile to get used to her "Jupiter Crystal Power" call, but once you get used to it, it's not bad at all. 7/10
Mina/Sailor Venus - Allison Rose - HOLY CRAP! She is by far the best VA out of them all. Beats out the Jap voice hands down, and just barely beats Emilie Barlow (S and SuperS Dub) as best Venus. I got nothing but praise for her. She sounded as though her voice was recorded in studio, rather than a computer microphone. Her "Venus Crystal Power" was just incredibly perfect, as was her attack call. 10/10
Rini - Kate Peterson - Um... I only liked Rini in R. That was it. I only liked the Japanese Rini in the R movie (never seen any of R subbed). She reminded me of the S and SuperS dub Rini *shudder*. I slowly got used to it though. An okay voice. Her "Super Moon Crisis Power" call in ep 168 was just terrible though. 6/10
Amara/Sailor Uranus - Amelia Lang (ep 167) - OH MY GOD! Uranus doesn't get ANY better than this. She's even better than the Japanese VA! Her "Uranus Planet Power" was too loud though. But goddamn! Her voice fits Uranus so well, I was almost mad that she wasn't gonna be Uranus for the rest of the series. Her "Uranus Shockwave Strike" was just jaw-dropping awesome (I have the clip uploaded, but trust me, it's MUCH better on tape :)). I could go on forever with her, but I must move on to the other Outers. I'm looking forward to her doing Taiki once Stars ACTUALLY begins (it's basically SuperS until 173). 10/10
Amara/Sailor Uranus - Jennifer Neighbors (ep 168 & 169) - Not as good as Amelia, but fits Uranus great. I just love her introduction in 168 "We've nailed you before, and we'll do it again, I'm Sailor Uranus, and get ready to feel the smackdown" Is that a badass line or what? You have got to hear it! "Uranus Shockwave Strike" was pretty good on her part. "Uranus Saber Blast" in ep 169 was great as well. 10/10
Michelle/Sailor Neptune - Michiru Kaioh (ep 167) - First of all, what's her REAL name? I just want to know. Good voice for Neptune, but the fact that she actually uses Neptune Jap name makes me not like her. I mean, everyone else used there real names, why not her? 7/10
Michelle/Sailor Neptune - Nikkita Kuffner (ep 168 & 169) - Great VA for Neptune! And guess what? She used her real name! I really enjoyed listening to her voice. "Neptune Marine Reflection" in 169 was a great delivery. Plus she get's an extra point for having a badass name like Nikkita. 9/10
Trista/Sailor Pluto - Marcy Amell - Now this is a good Pluto. I still don't like the fact that she's named Trista. Susan or something like that would be better (Setsuna/Susan see the similarity?) Her attacks calls are awesome (Pluto Dead Scream Annhilate) Too bad it's still that damn "Dead Scream". I don't see ANYTHING dead about it. It doesn't look like a scream either. It should be called something like "Pluto Giant Pink Ball of Energy with a Ring" Now THAT makes sense, unlike Dead Scream, and all the other stupid Japanese attack names. 10/10
Hotaru/Sailor Saturn - Serika Yuuki. GODDAMN! Much better than the VA in S, better than the Jap VA! When she's giving her speeches and everything, it's incredible. 10/10
