English Learning Sites

Part 1: Comparison

Reading Sites
I have looked around 2 sites "The Alex Catalogue of Electronic Texts" and "The Reading Zone". By the way, these two sites are just so different and I prefer "The Reading Zone" much more than the first one. As "The Reading Zone" is divided into different levels for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced students, this site would be very useful for various levels of students who study English. As well as this, there are a lot of categories for studying such as grammar, spelling, vocabulary and so on. In my opinion, this site is very well-organized for the people who study English.

Vocabulary and Grammar
As I looked through 2 different sites about vocabulary and grammar, I found interesting in the site "Activities for ESL students". In this site, there are quizzes for ESL students. What I found most interesting about this quiz was that there is quiz called Bilingual Quizzes. For me, as a Chinese major, this kind of quiz is so helpful to study two different languages at the same time. By the way, the site "Interesting Things for ESL students" is not well-designed for the ESL students to study English interestingly.
