Who We Are

In today's fast-paced world, it is becoming more apparent just how important it is to keep ourselves strong and healthy. At the same time, however, it is becoming harder than ever to do so. Since most people don't have the time or the energy to commit to a regular regimen at the gym, DynamiX Corporate Fitness & Wellness brings the gym to you right in your workplace. DynamiX works with corporations to implement programs such as group fitness classes, stretch breaks, massage therapy, nutrition and weight loss programs, ergonomic programs as well as 'wellness fairs' (which included blood pressure screenings). DynamiX is made up of a team of fitness and wellness professionals who are here to promote wellness and health in the workplace.
