2. OLD BUSINESS.

 

- The Secretary read the Minutes.

 

- The next meeting will be held at 1500, 13 July 2000.

 

- Members in good standing will be the only members eligible to vote on items brought before "The House".

 

- Christmas in May went well, we had four people participate.

 

-Six Flags tickets are in. We made approximately $454.69. That was a great profit.

 

-On 6 July 2000 we went out to support our community at the Tarant County Food Bank. Thanks for your attendance.

3. NEW BUSINESS. On 3 August 2000 we will need volunteers to attend the Tarrant County Food Bank. Please make arrangements to be there. We will meet at "The House" at 0745 for all who plan on attending. POC is ET1 Skym at x7842.

- The softball challenge (CPO vs. E6) which was to be held on 23 Jun 00 has been cancelled due to the Chief's results. The game will be rescheduled in August. Contact AD1 Fetsko at 7623 for details.

- Motion made and seconded to buy sodas and burgers for a picnic after the softball game. Party will be held at the Goat Locker after we beat the Chiefs.

- Executive Committee will meet at 1000 on the first Wednesday of the month at "The House". Executive Committee meetings are open to anyone who wants to bring new ideas to the Association.

4. TREASURY REPORT. Dues are still being collected.

5. RENOVATIONS. All inputs for “The House” renovations need to be E-mailed to AS1 Williams, or call him at extension 7020. We need those suggestions ASAP.
