We cover all aspects of a project regurding Setting up the Project or Prgram Office/Initiation, Planning, Execution, Controlling and Testing & Project Closure. We have experience in using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and MS-Project.

We can setup the processes & Procedures necessary for a successful project. We define and control the Project Scope. Status Reports will be available fully to Management effectively during the project. We also offer Internal training to the staff about the Product/Servce being developed to get them ready for use immediatley after the Project. Our Staff have strong Technical I.T Skills.
