Use a lot of Kamandows because you can use them as infiltrators and get them close to the enemy. This helps because when they are close to the enemy they can use there good close combat skills to kill the enemy.
Take ever advantage of cover that you can, Orks bad armour save means you need the cover badly.
Make your ork squads small so the enemy has more to shoot at and can not knock out tons of people.
When you set up as infiltrators however you should use big squads so you have more of an advantage in assualt.
