The Guardian vistits Bray, he asks his why he hasent eaten. Bray says he didnt have the stomach for it. The guardiam asks him is he has accepted his 'destiny' "Become one of the chosen?" Bray questions "I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING THAT HAS EVER MATTERED TO ME BECAUSE OF YOU!" Bray screams, "Danni, my tribe, MY FREEDOM!!!" He lunges at the guardian and is held down by a chosen. "And u ask me if I join u, I'D RATHER GO 2 HELL!!!" Bray shouts. "That CAN be arranged!" says the guardian and walks out. Bray is dragged into a dark room by the guardian screaming, "Y'll NEVER BREAK ME!!!" he's locked in and suddenly screens light up everywhere with flashing pictures of Zoot and voices chanting, "POWER & CHAOS" everywhere. KC is complaining he's hungry. Cloe comes and says, "Some of us didnt stuff it all down at once!" and Patsy brings food leftovers wrapped in a tea towel. KC wants some Cloe says no hes had his. KC shouts "PIGS!" and grabs a piece and then realizes the guardian is comming and drops it. The guardian asks if hunger has brought them to their senses. He notices the food on the floor, he asks where it came from. Alice tells him to ask his precious Trudy. She's surprised he didnt know seeing that now he and Trudy now think as one!The guardian removes it and walks off. Pride, Lex and Ebony are cooking a fish. Lex asks how he caught it. He thought cats were afraid of water? Ebony is impressed he caught it with a spear. Pride tells them how they can get everything they need from nature and the environment if they look in the right places. Lex asks if his leader knows this, Pride says shes a fast learner and an excellent leader. Lex asks how so? Pride says she has great strength of character, combines vision with action, she leads, but never dominates. "We knew some1 like that once didnt we Ebony?" Lex says. Ebony tells him 2 drop it and 2days gonna b hard enough without a history lesson! The guardian is angry that Trudy fed the Mall Rats. Trudy says she knows the Mall Rats' ways, they'll win them over by kindness than by threat. The Guardian says, "Too much kindness weakens the character, we wouldnt want that 2 happen to the child of Zoot would we?!" he takes Brady away from a screaming Trudy saying that Brady belongs to the chosen. Bray is getting hypnotic by the chants of Power and Chaos. Trudy tells the mall rats they will only recieve food when they worship Zoot. The next day the guardian see's Bray. The guardian tells Bray one day he WILL follow. Bray wants to be left alone to sleep. The guardiam tells him is foolish dreams have already cost him the lives of the two women he loved. Lex is trying to catch a fish with a spear everytime saying, "GOTCHA!" but hasent got anything. Ebony rolls her eyes and laughs at him and says, "U been at it fo the last half hour! Face it Lex, y'r a city boy!" Lex says they could use the countryside tricks for weapons posioned spears, etc. She asks him why he doesnt just ask Pride for some lessons. Lex asks why not get him 2 tag along? Ebony says no. Lex says they could use his tribe. Ebony says shes not trusting some strangers with their lives. Lex says their leader sounds just like the kinda person they could use on their side! Ebony says he knows nothing about her. Lex says, "Yea, well i soon will!" Pride comes and Lex asks for his help against the chosen. Pride apoligises and says confrontation is not his way, nor the way of his tribe, he wishes them luck and leaves. The guardian tells Trudy that Bray's strength is a threat 2 them and will contaminate the others, he cannot stay. He eventually agrees to let Trudy talk 2 him. Trudy sees Bray. She tells him she HAS 2 talk to him. He says, "Only if i dont have 2 listen!" She tells him he MUST do as the guardian says! Bray asks why, so she can tick off the final goal in her warped mind? She claims its not for her sake. Bray sez everything she does it for her sake! She says if he doesnt go along the guardian will kill him! He says, "IM ALREADY HALF DEAD!" She cries and says she doesnt want him 2 die! He asks why she should care? She asks isnt it obivious? "If y'r gonna tell me u love me ... u sure gotta funny way of showing it!!" he says. She says her mind may be with the chosen, but her heart is with him. Bray says, "See, that not possible...u dont have one!!!!!!" She tells him 2 do it to save the mall Rats! He asks if she is asking him 2 give his soul? She says if he wants to live he MUST go along! He eventually agrees 2 talk to them on one condition...she must never never mention the word 'love' to him again! Ellie wants revenge for whats happened to Jack, she pumps Patsy for info or secrets of the chosen. Patsy knows nothing else. Ellie gets angry and tells her that she's worse than useless cuz shes 2 blame 4 this whole thing! The guardian comes for Bray in the screen room (images of Zoot) he is lying on the floor with tears streaming down his face. The guardian is glad Bray 'see's the light'. Bray sez he wouldnt put it that way! The guardian asks how then? He says he's their leader so he has no choice! He says his tribes welfare comes b4 his own beliefs! The guardian is glad they finally 'speak the same language'! The guardian brings Bray to the mall rats. He tells them he's been thinking long and hard about their future and they have no choice. The chosen run the city and are their leaders now. He says if they dont join them they will be slaves. Everyone looks at him with growing disbelief. Bray says, "But if we do... but if we join them we'll suffer far far more!! We'll lose our hopes and future we'll have nothing!" He screams as he is taken away. "NEVER GIVE INTO THE CHOSEN!! THEY CAN CLAIM OUR BODIES BUT NEVER OUR SOULS!!" Ebony and Lex are watching the chosen outside the mall, "Piece of Cake huh Lex?!" Says Ebony The guardian blames Trudy for Bray's outburst. He says he will destroy all those who disrupt of Zoot reguardless of their status. He says punishment for unbelievers is nothing compaired for what he has reserved for trechery. He says the brothers (Bray & Zoot) will be re-united and who better to do it than the mother of Zoot's child to prove her loyalty? Lt Luke tells Ryan to come with them he has 2 take some of the slaves Salene cries and May says, "What was that Tai-San? About optimism?!" Ebony and Lex follow Ryan up 2 the farm. The guardian sees the mall rats and tells them that one of them may witness bray's execution. No one responds. The guardian asks them how can they appreciate life if they dont appreciate death? Dal says, "Bray's our friend and leader, how can u expect us to watch him die?!" The guardian says he does not expect but insist. and that it is a gift he offerers and tells Dal that he will be the one to recieve it! Ryan is watching at the farm and Lex throws a stone at his to get his attension. Lex asks after everyone and Tai-San. Ryan says they're all ok except Jack and Bray. He tells him how they took Jack away and about Bray's execustion. Lex asks Ebony 2 leave for a second so he can give Ryan a private message for Tai-San. as lex leaves ryan says, "Hey Lex! I'm gonna be a dad!" Lex smiles and says, "Congratulations Pal!" Salene comes to beg Trudy to spare Bray. Trudy says no. Salene reminds her how much they've been through together. Salene wont believe Trudy has no feelings for him. Trudy sends Salene away and has a flashback of when Bray kissed Salene and Trudy walked in on them in the sewers. And she cries. Dal and Bray are brought to the beach by the chosen, banging drums. Ryan comes back muh to Salenes relief. He tells everyone he saw Ebony and Lex and gives Tai-San Lex's wedding ring to wear until the day she can put it back on his finger. Bray is tied up on a pile of wood about to be burnt. Lex and Ebony watch from behind rocks. The mall rats join hands and pray for bray. Everyone screams Power & Chaos as Trudy approaches Bray to set him alight. Bray asks Trudy if this is the way she wants it to end? She cries and says if she doesnt do it she could be next or worse...Brady! Bray says, "Trudy its me! The same guy Bray! Who fought so hard to find a safe place for you and y'r baby, and y'r turning against me?!" Trudy starts repeating to herself, "Zoot must be obeyed!" continuously. Pride is on the hill and makes animal roars to distract the chosen when Ebony and Lex attack. Bray is set free and Ebony, Bray, Lex and Dal flee to the woods. The guardian is back at the mall telling them Bray and Dal are dead. He is intrigued by Tai-Sans 'way of life' and philosophy. The guardian blames Trudy for the escape. Because she was hesitant in lighting the fire, she is not allowed out of her room and a guard has 2 watch her. Bray meets Pride and thanks him for his help. Lex asks Pride if he knows anything about the chosen. Pride bends over and draws out the city and where their groups are situated on the floor. To Brays horror he notices that Pride has Amber's ring on a neckland around his neck. Bray has a flashback of when Amber gave him the ring as a love token. Lex says, "Told u this guy knew his way round Bray, BRAY?!" "WHERE DID U GET THE RING?!" Bray demands. Pride says it was a gift. "LIAR" Bray shouts almost lunging but stopped by Lex. Bray says, "That y'r hobbie? Robbing graves?" "I PUT THAT RING ON AMBERS GRAVE THIS FREAK HAS LIFTED IT!!" Bray shouts. "Its just a ring!" Says Ebony "Not just any ring!" says Bray, "Its Amber's I know it anywhere!" Pride says it was a gift from his tribe leader. "You mentioned a name, Amber?!" says Pride "Right" says Bray "Ok so this guys a thief whoopti-doo!" says Ebony "lets take the damn ring and get outta here!" "WAIT!" says Pride, "Eagle had another name, one she was known by at her old tribe, the one that abandoned her." "What are you saying?" asks Dal "Her name was Amber!" says Pride Bray and Dal look on in shock as the credits roll! my money's on that shes back next episode! cuz in the credits Bray and Dal turn around in the woods and see her! thanx Chloe
