The JROTC program prepares high school students for responsible leadership roles while making them aware of their rights, responsibilities and priviledges as American citizens. The program is a stimulus for promoting graduation from high school and it provides instruction and rewarding opportunities which will benefit the student, community and nation.
Bellaire is a suburb of Houston in Texas. The Junior Reserve Officer Training Corp is run by Colonel Shoff, Chief Weaver, and Sergeant Major Franklin. Cadets take the class one period a day. Wednesday is the uniform day. We have many teams in the program, these includes: drill team, color guard,
ranger,
marksmanship, orienteering, and physical training team.
