He walk in the dressing room, he share with Kane, he doesn't even look at him. He takes his ring gear off and head for the shower. He let the warm water run over him trying to wash away the pain of the betrayal and of the beating he took. He finishes his shower and he walk back to the dressing room, a towel wrap around his waist.
He look at Kane for the first time, he's sitting there, his face in his hands, by the shaking of his shoulders it's obvious that he's crying. Rob feels the ice around his heart melt away as he hears the big man's heart wrenching sobs. He sits on the bench next to Kane.
"What's wrong Kane?" he ask putting his hand on his shoulder.
"I'm so sorry for leaving you," Kane say, his voice muffle by his hand.
"It's all right Kane," Rob says, giving his shoulder a little squeeze.
"No it's not but ever since I was a child I was taught to never show my face because it would scare people," Kane say, still hiding his face in his hand.
Rob hunker down in front of Kane, he put his hands on top of Kane's. He try pulling them away but Kane won't let him.
"Please let me see your face?" Rob asks, pulling on his hand.
"No, I don't want to scare you," Kane say, sniffling.
"You won't scare me Kane, I know you won't," Rob say, trying to pull his hands away from his face again.
Kane finally relent, he look up at Rob removing his hands from his face. Rob look at Kane's face intently, the scars although still visible have faded over the years. Rob raises his hand to touch Kane's face, he recoil in fear.
"Let me touch you Kane," Rob says, "you're beautiful."
"No I'm not beautiful," Kane say, tears pooling in his eyes again.
"Yes you are," Rob says, running his fingers over the burnt side of his face.
Kane press his face in the palm of Rob's hand, the first human contact he ever had.
"You're the most beautiful man I have ever seen, you don't believe me, then let me prove it to you," Rob say, getting dress.
He goes to the door, he look down the corridor, he see Kane's friend Terri heading their way.
"Terri would you come her please? Rob asks, smiling at her.
Terri walk in the dressing room, she sees Kane, he has his back to her, she notice that he's not wearing his mask.
"What can I do for you Rob?" she asks, smiling at him.
"Would you please tell the big man over there that he won't scare people if he doesn't wear is mask?" Rob asks, smiling at her.
"Sure," Terri says, as she walk toward Kane.
She put her hands on Kane's arms to try to turn him around but he stubbornly refuse to move.
"Ok if that's the way you want it," she say as she stand on the bench and walk on it until she' s standing in front of him.
His hair is hiding his face, she gently brush them back with her fingers. She look at him, Kane look down at the floor waiting for his friend Terri to run away screaming in fright. He almost jumps out of his skin when she kiss him on the burnt side of his face. She put her fingers under his chin forcing him to look at her.
Rob is right Kane, you are beautiful, I always thought your scares we're a lot worst then they are by the way you always wore your mask," she said looking straight in his big blue eyes.
Kane can't fight back his tears any longer, she give him a big hug.
"It's all right buddy," she says, rubbing his neck and shoulders.
She hold him for a while, brushing the hair from his face, smiling as she look at him.
"I'm sorry Kane but I have to go, I was on my way to meet Trish and Lita," Terri say, looking at him.
"It's all right baby girl," Kane say, helping her off the bench.
She pulls on his arm, he bends down wondering what she want. She kisses him on both checks the she walk out the door.
Kane sit on the bench in stunned silence, he think about how beautiful Rob is, as he sit next to him.
"Come on partner, why don't you go take a shower, so we can go back to the hotel," Rob say, looking at him.
Kane remove his ring gear, Rob can't help devouring him with his eyes as he walk to the shower. Stop it Rob, he admonish himself, you don't even know if he swing that way. Kane come back from the shower, he smile at Rob as he start getting dress.
"Ready to go Rob?" he ask, looking at him.
"Sure let's go," Rob answer, grabbing his duffel bag.
They go back to the hotel, it's the first time that they share a room. Rob take off his clothes down to his boxers and lay down on his bed, he fall asleep quickly. Sleep elude Kane a little while longer, he look at Rob on the other bed, he wonder what it would feel like to hold him in his arms. He finally falls asleep to be awaken by Rob screaming.
He gets up and go to Rob's bed, he sit down next to him, Rob his trashing around crying, trap in a nightmare.
"Wake up Rob," Kane says, shaking his shoulders gently.
Rob still struggle, crying harder then before.
"Wake up Rob," Kane says, shaking him harder.
Rob's eyes snap open, he look at Kane with fear in his eyes.
"It's me Rob, I won't hurt you," Kane says, holding out his hand for Rob to take.
Kane is shock by what Rob does next, he throw himself into Kane's arms.
"Please...Kane...make...go...away," he manage to say between sobs.
"It's all right Rob," Kane say, rocking him gently.
Rob relaxes a little feeling safe in Kane's arms.
"Make it go away, please make it all go away," Rob beg, still scare of his dream.
"That's all right Rob, do you want to talk about it?" Kane ask, running his fingers through Rob's hair.
"No you're going to hate me if I do," Rob says, holding on to Kane like a drowning man would hold on to a life preserver.
"Don't say that," Kane say, pushing Rob up until he can look in his eyes, " you don't hate with my face full of scares, how could I possibly hate you for something that happen in your past, a long time ago."
Rob look up at Kane and he see nothing but care in his eyes.
Rob try to sit up and his lips come very close to Kane's. He decide to take a chance, he press his lips to Kane's. Kane his stunned for a few second, Rob think he blew it. He breath a sigh of relief as Kane open his mouth allowing his tongue inside of his mouth. They break the kiss after a while both in danger of suffocating
"I love you Kane," Rob says, looking up at him.
"I love you too," Kane say, rubbing Rob's back gently. "Now will you tell me what happened to you to give you those nightmares."
"I'm scared," Rob says, looking up at Kane.
"Scared of what baby?" Kane asks, looking at Rob with nothing but love in his eyes.
"That you will hate me for what I did in the past," Rob answers, trying to fight back the tears what threaten to come out.
"Listen to me baby, there is nothing you have don in your past that will change the way I feel about you," Kane say, looking at Rob with his intense blue eyes. "Is that clear?"
"Wait I will tell you what I did, then you can decide how you feel about me," Rob says, looking at Kane with fear in his eyes.
"OK but I'm sure nothing will change," Kane says, smiling at him.
"It happen when I began wrestling in ECW, one day Paul Heyman asked me into his office, he said that I was to small, that I would never make it in this business if I didn't do something about it. He gave me some pills, he said they were vitamins but I found out later, much later, that they were steroids, I didn't even know what they were back then. After a while, he said that I would have to pay for them, but I couldn't afford them. He said that he could think of another way for me to pay for them. He told me to take my clothes off, he bends me over a table and he rape me. In exchange for drugs I became his little bitch. He hook me on cocaine and he paid for my drugs and to pay him back for it he whore me out to anybody who would pay for my service," Rob says, crying softly against Kane's chest.
"It's all right baby, you don't have to continue if you don't want to," Kane say, running his fingers through Rob's hair.
"No I want to tell you everything," Rob says, holding on to him tightly.
"OK baby, go ahead," Kane say, hating the look of pain in Rob's eyes.
"I didn't know what to do, I was young and all alone," Rob continue, sniffling.
"Can I ask you a question baby?" Kane ask, resting his chin on the top of Rob's head.
Rob just nods looking up at the big man he fell in love with at first sight.
"How did you get out?" Kane ask, rubbing his back soothingly.
"One night after a show, Heyman told me that he was giving a party for a few friends in his hotel room, he said that I better show up. I didn't want to go but I knew that there would be hell to pay if I didn't show up. I did some coke and then I went to his room. When I walk in there he had about nine men in the room. Paul showed me a little bag of coke, he told me to get undress if I wanted it. I got undress and they all took turn raping me. After they finish I was bleeding so bad, I thought I was going to die. He took me to the hospital, well I should say, he drops me naked at the entrance to the emergency room and he left me there. That's when I decided to get clean after that I went to WCW and then here to the WWE," Rob says, shaking against Kane.
Rob look up as he can feel Kane's muscles hardening, he can feel Kane's anger.
"You're angry aren't you?" he asks, afraid to look up at Kane, terrified that he would see disgust in his eyes.
"Yes I am baby, but not at you. I want to hurt Paul Heyman so bad right now I can taste it," Kane say, rocking him gently.
Rob put his arms around Kane's neck pulling his head down for a kiss. They break the kiss only when they are both in danger of suffocation, their breath coming in short gasps.
"Make love to me Kane, I know you can make all my nightmares go away?" Rob asks, looking at Kane a desperate look in his eyes.
"Are you sure baby? I don't want to hurt you," Kane says, a worried look on his face.
"Never been more sure of anything in my life," Rob says, smiling up at his huge friend.
Kane gently push Rob on his back in the middle of the bed, he kiss down his neck, he feel Rob's heartbeat on his lips as he kiss the pulse point in his neck. He kisses a trail from his neck to his nipples. He sucks on them hard turning them into hard little pebbles. He smile when he hears the loud moan that escape Rob's lips.
"You like that baby?" Kane asks, smiling at his baby.
"Take me Kane, I want you inside of me," Rob moans, his head tossing back and forth on the pillow.
Kane kisses down to his navel, sucking at the tender skin underneath, raising a little bruise.
"Take me baby, I need you now," Rob begs, looking up at Kane.
Kane look around in panic looking for something to use as lube.
"Baby oil in the side pocket of my duffel bag," Rob says, as if he was reading Kane's mind.
Kane walk to the bag, he quickly come back to bed with the bottle of baby oil. He put some oil on his fingers, he nudge Rob's legs apart gently. He presses one finger at Rob's entrance. Rob gasp at the pain of intrusion, Kane brush against his sweet spot as he finger him, Rob moans at the pleasure as he feel the pain quickly turn into pleasure. Kane add a second finger stretching him open.
"How do you want it baby?" Kane ask, looking down at Rob.
"I want you inside of me now, that's all I want," Rob answer, smiling up at Kane.
Kane put Rob's legs around his waist, he slowly pushes the head of his shaft inside of him. Rob groan at the pain of intrusion but he slowly feel it turn into pleasure. He buck his hips forward wanting more of Kane. He pushes himself completely inside of Rob, as he begin to thrust in and out agonizingly slowly.

Kane smile as he decide to tease Rob a little longer, bending over him taking his nipples between his lips, tugging on them lightly.

Kane take him in his arms, holding him tightly.
"I love you baby," Kane says, in a sleepy voice.
"I love you too," Rob answers, looking at the new man in his life with nothing but love in his eyes.
Rob smiles as he feel Kane's even breathing in his hair, telling him that the big man was sleeping, he look so beautiful, so peaceful. I'm sure glad I found out what was hidden behind the mask he think before joining Kane in restful slumber.
