The Gay Christian movement is very powerful, and still growing. However, their scriptural arguments are weak; and are only believed by those who want to believe it, or by gullible TV talk-show audiences who don’t know any better.
Cat and Mouse
When I first wrote these essays, I was determined to refute every argument of the "gay christians" for the sake of being thorough. However, I read 1 Timothy 1:3-4 which says not to "pay attention to false stories and to genealogies, which end up in nothing, but which furnish questions for research rather than a dispensing of anything by God" and 1 Timothy 6:3-11 which says, in part, "If any man teaches other doctrine [not that] of our Lord Jesus Christ... he is puffed up [with pride], not understanding anything, but being mentally diseased over questionings and debates about words... However, you, O man of God, flee from these things."
Indeed, the Gay Christians are playing a constant 'cat and mouse' game. They come up with a way to twist a scripture, after others have disproved it, they just come up with yet another way to twist it, and the cycle continues.
I could go on and on refuting each new idea they think-up, but it would be pointless. They are obviously ungodly liars and believe whatever they want to believe. Dedicating any more effort to this subject would simply be a waste of my time. I've made my point, the research done is sufficient, and as far as I'm concerned the matter is closed.
This fact remains: the Bible condemns all sex outside of the heterosexual marriage arrangement, which is the only standard ever provided (Genesis 2:24, 2 Samuel 11:4, Proverbs 7:18-23, Matthew 19:9, 1 Timothy 3:2, Hebrews 13:4). No provisions for gay unions, marriages, or otherwise are given anywhere. The only time history records the ancient Jews practising homosexuality was when they were polluted by Satan's world.
Keep in mind why the "Gay Christains" believe what they do: they have not come to such conclusions because of a love for the scriptures, they have not come to such conclusions because of “discoveries” in language (remember that the Gay Church was founded years before Boswell published his works), and they have not come to their unscriptural conclusions by divine inspiration (although demonic influence cannot be ruled out). All their beliefs and arguments and lies are to justify a grossly immoral, self-destructive and unnatural lifestyle.
If we were to believe the idea that Jehovah God allows unmarried sex between two men or women, why would heterosexuals need to be married? In fact, the whole concept of moral standards is thrown high up in the air, and moral boundaries come down to where one personally feels they are right. This is ignoring the entire scriptures, and seems more like "Higher Criticism", dismissing the whole Bible by mankind setting its own standards.
The Pro-Gay theologists’ motives are wrong, their arguments are wrong, their facts are wrong, and their beliefs are wrong. They are simply trying to ease their consciences for when they have gay sex. “Wicked men and impostors will advance from bad to worse, misleading and being misled.” – 2 Timothy 3:13
The "gay Christian" movement reminds me of what Jesus said. “Woe to YOU... because YOU resemble whitewashed graves, which outwardly indeed appear beautiful but inside are full of dead men’s bones and of every sort of uncleanness. In that way YOU also, outwardly indeed, appear righteous to men, but inside YOU are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness.” — Matthew 23:27, 28
What will happen to those that believe – and preach – the pro-gay theology? Revelation 21:8 answers. “But as for... those who are disgusting in their filth... and fornicators... and all the liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulphur. This means the second death.”
How sad that Boswell, who believed he was living a life approved by God, was killed by that very lifestyle when he died of AIDS in 1994. Perhaps it was terrible consequences such as that which the Apostle Paul had in mind when he spoke of homosexuals receiving “the full recompense, which was due for their error.” ? – Romans 1:27
