Faith Statement for Justin: Justin is a tibetan Buddhist practitioner, a Reiki practitioner and a Financial Planner "In Tibet, although there were four schools of Buddhism, they didn't use the word 'religion'. That was applied only after Tibetans came down to Nepal and India. Instead, they used a word for the 'way of Dharma', cholug, which carries the sense of what is real, what is true, what is genuine, what is ultimately beneficial, both now and in the long run. The meaning is more referring to something that is in tune with how things really are, something that is helpful, that can improve us. So cholug means 'spiritual way of life' - not a confused or deluded life, but a way of being genuine and true. That is what we train ourselves in." |
