Walter L. Sinchak is a good friend of mine that I had the pleasure to meet in Las Vegas for the original Body-For-Life get together there. Since getting to know him better I have come to realize he is a man of passion, dedication, mission in life, and with a zest and zeal for living. His inspirational and positive examples are reflected in his writings that he has graciously allowed me to use in this forum. I hope you receive as much from them as I and many others do. Each newsletter will feature a few more of his "soon-to-be-famous" gems. If I receive enough responses wanting more, Walt has agreed to help put together a book that includes all his writings.
