Terri Roberts

Terry Roberts has been revolutionary on the Figure Stage, just looking at this woman, you find it hard to believe she is over 40.
Terri has been training over 22 years with lists of titles to her name and is one of the biggest names on the Australian Figure stage.
Terri is joining us as a representative of Women with Muscle in South Australia.
Together with her partner Nick Jones (himself a champion bodybuilder) and Gen Tec Nutrition they will bring great experience and knowledge to all at AMWA.

Born in Luton, outside London in the United Kingdom, Terri has two older brothers, Robert and Charles. She moved to Australia with her family in 1967, growing up in Adelaide, South Australia and still leave there today.

"I did my first ever contest in 1984 and I still can't bear to look at the photos, I was so skinny and I thought I looked great. My next outing to the stage was 1994 exactly 10 years later, and boy was there a difference. Bodybuilding is a fantastic sport. You can take the positives (self-discipline, focus, determination, visualisation) and use them for other life issues and projects."
