PREPARATION CHECKLIST

To assist in saving money to customers and to assist in getting the job done quicker, Customers could you please ensure the following steps are done to reduce the risk of damage to equipment (ie lawnmowers etc) and personal household items on the lawn. A surcharge may apply should Sean be required to take time to remove any of the below.

Reticulation

a) In the warmer months please ensure that the reticulation has been switched off.
Wet lawns do not cut well.
b) Please remove any protruding sprinklers etc etc
that may get damaged in the process of cutting your lawn.

Dogs

a) If you are unable to be home when your lawn is to be done,
please ensure your dog is tied up (especially if they are aggressive).
b) Animal Fecies must be removed from the lawn prior to job being started. This make a real mess of mowers!

General Rubbish

This kind of rubbish on lawns can cause damage to machinery or can make a real mess if run over so it is asked that all rubbish be removed prior to job commencing.

Sticks and Branches

Under trees it would be appreciated if owners/tennants could remove branches/sticks big enough to cause damage to machinery.

Payment for Jobs

Large Jobs

If your lawn has not been done for sometime and could take 2 or more hours to complete your contractor may quote you an hourly rate.
Large Jobs will also be CASH ONLY. A receipt will be provided.

If you are not home

If you are not able to be home at the time your lawn is to be mowed
it would be appreciated if the CASH is placed into an envelope and left in your meter box
or in a more suitable position agreed to by you. A receipt will be left in the same position.

Invoicing & Paying by Cheque

If you would prefer to be invoiced or pay by Cheque
this needs to be discussed with Sean prior to the job commencing.

In this case when the job is completed Sean will complete an invoice and
place it in your letterbox. All invoices must be paid within 7 days.
