Nature Hike
Nature Hike around Easthill
We will be going out to enjoy the outdoors around Easthill. This is a "rain or shine" event so please come dressed appropriately.

Bottle Drive
This will be our first Bottle drive of the year. Please meet at 9:30 in front of the Easthill Rec. Centre

We will require at least two parent drivers and three parent helpers. Parents and children will be grouped in teams and allocated areas of pick-up.

Remember every dollar earned here is ours. We need your support.

Beaver Boxes
We will be making Beaver boxes (or pails). These will be used by the Beavers throughout the year:
  • to bring home crafts, newsletters, etc. from meetings
  • and to bring a mug for drinks, scissors, and any special markers or craft items for crafts at the meetings.
Note:
• Please bring either an old shoe box or ice cream pail to the meeting.
• Any pictures that each Beaver might like to attach to the box (pail) to identify the box as theirs for latter on.

Corn Maze
This will be out first field trip of the year. We will be travelling to the Corn Maze in Pit Meadows. Click here for directions of how to get there.

Beavers
We will be travelling to Burnaby Lake to observe real beavers in their own habitat. Please bring a flashlight as it will be dark befor we are finished our hike.

Halloween Party
Wear your costume. Bring some candy and we will have a 'Candy Swap'.
You guessed it "we all love food at parties" so each Beaver should bring snacks for 6 Beavers. Drinks will be supplied.

"NO NUTS PLEASE"

NOTICE:
• In order to insure the safety of your children. Beavers must be escorted to all events including regular meetings by an adult. Please come in to the rec. centre with your Beaver for drop off or pick up. Thank you for your cooperation.

• "Parent/Guardian Consent Form This is a PDF document must be filled out, signed and dated for all events or activities not held at our usual meeting place (Our Pond) Shill Rec. Centre.
