There are a few
places where changes need to be made in order to submit this entire document to
your future prospects. For example, you will have to put your E-MAIL address
in the place of mine wherever you see it on the document. Two very important lists need to be modified in a
specific manner; the OWNERS LIST in the proposal document and
the names and addresses on each of the REPORT ORDER FORMS. The last 2 lists
mentioned can be modified using the basic instructions in the proposal
document and following the EXAMPLE below. I won’t go into further detail on
this page as to how to do the modifications because there is a complete instruction sheet that comes with REPORT
no1.
