I had that happen to me as well when I first tried to do the reote upload from RS.de
I am guessing that you may not have put your user name and password into the link to be remote upped.
The remote upload link should look like this:
http://user:pass@rapidshare.de/files/37389859/Snatches-sn20-Medium.wmv
