I'm never gunna be a rock star. I'm never gunna be famous for playing guitar or bass. But I'll always have the same passion for the music as all those big cheeses out there.
I do this because I love it. I came from a background of classical acoustic guitar, folk music, and renaissance music, which taught me alot but was hard work and not too much fun. I offered to play bass with this band because it was something new. Taking what I know and using it in music that I really would want to listen to is really satisfying. Collaborating with the band to make music that actually sounds like a song, not just a jam is rewarding. And all in all music is just fun. |
