Decent transfer of a good print. A few scratches here and there but nothing too distracting.

The normal soundtrack is used as was recorded. No 5.1 mixes or an English language soundtrack. Good decision from the company

The menu takes the form of a menu with starters, main course etc...It's a little tricky to use at first but you'll soon get the hang of it. The audio commentary by Anthony Wong is full of gaps which is understandable since he's made a ton of films since then. Unsurprisingly the commentary by director Herman Yau is better and more focused on the film. It can however also be a little hard to understand since he has a heavy HK accent. The trailers are a nice addition and except for Beastcops are all original HK trailers.

As far as I know, The Untold Story hasn't been released on DVD by a HK company. If and when it does, you can be pretty certain that it won't have the extra audio commentaries. This bonus makes this disc well worth having - but only if you're a fan of extreme horror and exploitation !
