Rather than buy the expensive Meal/Protein bars make your own:-
Mix all ingredients together before adding the water then give it all thorough mix. Then using some moistened cling film over your hand press the mixture into a baking disk so it's @ half an inch think & smooth on the surface. Then place in fridge for about 24 hours then cut into @6 - 8 bars.
Using the above mixture a 100g Bar will provide @ :
