Russian page layout

They had an area about Russia, the traditional Russian Orthodox Church, and the changes that Communism and then the breakup of the USSR had on Russia and its people. Members of the congregation who'd been to the area or had collected Russian artifacts were asked to loan them for the week. One of the teachers at my daughter's school had just come back from a year of teaching English in Ukraine so she had lots to contribute.

I used Red Sakura micron and brush pens to do this along with a metallic gold pen (don't remember what brand) This lettering is based on the Easter banner lettering on p8 of "Lettering and Liking It."
