Established in 2000 the Route 66 Corvette Club was formed by a small
group of individuals with a passion for Corvettes and is officialy sanctioned by the NCCC (National Council of Corvette Clubs, Inc.).
Currently the club has over 50 members and participates in charity
events that benefit worthwhile causes and regularly get together for car shows, road runs, parades and local fun activities.
The club also sponsers an annual Octobercross. This is a low speed,
NCCC sanctioned autocross and is a great way to explore the handling limits of your car.
It is held each October at the GM Assembly Plant parking lot in
Wentzville, Mo. and draws club and individual participants from all over the country.
Meetings for the club are held on the 1st Thursday of each month at
Wilikers Restuarant at 7:30 pm. Wilikers is located at 1566 Country Club Plaza Dr. St. Charles, Missouri. So if you have a Corvette, drop on by and check out the club. It is a great club with great people ! |
