What makes EB's Music so Good |
What makes Earthbounds Music so good?... Now I'm no musical genius, but I know what I like. Earthbound's Music is good because it's catchy and fun. Somtimes it's bouncy and full of bass, sometimes it's more mellow and peaceful. There is also a lot of tracks, every town has it's own tune, except Happy Happy Village. There are also alot of different battle tunes as well. The main reasons I think EB music is so good is because it seems to always fit the mood. If the cave is spooky then so are the tunes. If the village is peaceful then so is the music. If the place is strange then so is the Music. Some of the music is very weird, you can sample some of the music in our downloads section. Personally I love the music for it's weirdness and originality. I also like the fact alot of the tune where brought over from EB Zero to Earthbound. Songs like the Dept. Store music and others.
Overall the music is some of the best, maybe not in quality, by no means do the tunes sound like tunes from FF3 or other RPGs quality wise, but they are catchy and nice on your ears. It can be debated, if earthbound's tunes are the best ever, but as Earthbound fans we would all agree that EB music is Great!
