What is sin? Many people who have gone to church all their life don't know what sin is. There is one kind of sin. Sin is anything that falls short of God and God is perfect. "All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23. Does it say there all who have killed have fallen short of the glory of God. We all have sinned in:
Many people say "I've been a good person. I've never murdered anyone and anything I do that is bad dosn't effect anybody but me." This is not true. "You have heard that it was said to the people long ago,"Do not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgement."Matthew 5:21,22. But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment." These are very powerful words. If you even are angry with some one your under the same judgment for someone who murdered."You have heard that it was said,"Do not commit adultery." But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart." Matthew 5:27,28. Once again the bible comes up with some pretty heavy charges. I know I've hated my sisters at times. I've looked at men lustfully. I'm covered black with my sins. People are affected by your sin. If your a girl teen and you have sex and get pregnat and have an abortion it affect your unborn child. That childs life might have been wonderful. You also affect the people that would have been part of the childs life. You affect your boyfriend because he will feel bad for getting you pregnate. You affect you parents because they missed out on haveing a grandchild. People feel the affect your actions. When you sin or when you do what is right. But we are all sin ful. No one hasn't sinned. So what do we do?
