- Raptor was the first-ever ECFW Champion, winning the Title in a one-night tournament at the very first "Cyber Carnage" on May 19, 2002.
 
- Matt Arcara is the last-ever ECFW Champion, having won the final Title for its final reign at The ECFW Farewell Show on July 5, 2008.
 
- Bryan Fury is the longest-reigning Champion of all-time, with 196 days.
 
- Jason Blade is the first and only man in history to win the ECFW World Heavyweight Championship four separate times.
 
- Rob Ekos and Jason Blade both are tied for the shortest Title reign, with less than 24 hours.
 
- Only 10 men have held the Title more than one time.
 
- Only 5 men have held the Title on 3 separate occasions.
 
- Only one man has held the Title on 4 separate occasions, that being Jason Blade.
