Spring Dream

I dream of blue.
White clouds in blue sky
Dance by.

I dream of green.
Long blades of grass
Sing.

I dream of song.
Bluebirds twitter and
Fly along.

I dream of light.
The sun, high above,
Shines bright.

I dream of hue.
Bright rainbow colors arch
The sky’s blue.

I dream of warm rain.
Tiny raindrops echo across
The window pane.

I dream in memory
Each departed spring sings
In me.
