Temples of Coimbatore

Sree Ayyappa Temple situated is in Sree Ayyappa Road, Sidhapudur, Coimbatore. The temple was built in 1976 by the Trust called Sri Dharma Sastha Baktha Jana Sabha. The trust wanted to build an Ayyappa Temple in Coimbatore similar to that of the one in Sabarimala. And their wish was realised. The poojas and other religious rituals are observed similar to the fashion in Sabarimala.

Daily Poojas
Done in the early hours and in the evening.

 Seasonal Poojas are done on a large scale during Sabarimala season.
