We can assist the landowner to coordinate with the authorities
and consultants and plan the entire development of their projects
until obtaining development order. After obtaining the
developer's license and advertising permit, we can also assist the
land owner/developer to coordinate with the advertising agencies and
fine tune the products for sale to the public. During the
construction phase our Project Management team and our various
consultants can provide their input in the various fields to
successfully manage the construction activities.
- Project Management

We provide the critical input to coordinate and track the
construction activities of the project using project management tools
like Microsoft Project. Critical activities which will
eventually delay the project would be highlighted and regular meetings
with the contractors will help to address potential delays and cost
overruns.
- Professional Services

We have a panel of professionals in our team which includes
Town Planner, Architects, Civil and Structural Engineers, Mechanical
and Electrical Engineers and Quantity Surveyors who will provide their
various inputs and endorsement in the various plans and documentation
required in development/construction projects.
