Does honesty count for anything? I don't know what I'm doing yet . . .

I know, I know, I'm always talking about Chris Pirillo, but he's just so much on top of things. With all his Lockergnome subscribers, I don't understand how he answers so many of his Emails -- many of us in the Lockergnome chat group of us have been amazed that he actually apologizes when it takes him from a few hours to a day. Of course, that might change a little with his new job -- no, he didn't take the place of the Dutch Public Servant -- he's on Tech TV in San Francisco, far from his home in Ioway. Anyway, I'm not big on dedicated realtime activities (I do have to download my mouth program before I talk to my friends) -- like Messenger. Trillian is almost too much for me. The article that I'm posting today is about all the downtime that MSN Messenger has been experiencing lately -- it's down now, as a matter of fact. Chris was the first one I noticed who mentioned this -- as part of the West Reno trip and his loss of "connectedness" thereupon. He did give me a holler on the Yahoo! Messenger, though -- he said he "talks to everybody." Hey, I believe it now.
News.Com: MSN outage enters fifth day. "MSN Messenger users started experiencing trouble Tuesday, with the most commonly reported glitches being connection problems and missing buddy lists of friends. Microsoft temporarily took MSN Messenger offline around 3 p.m. PDT Thursday in an attempt to fix the problem. Although the company had partially restored the service in many countries by Friday morning, at 10 a.m. PDT Saturday problems still plagued as many as one third of its users."
