Mr. Isaac Jerome Fleming holds a 1990 Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology.

Mr. Fleming is an Auto Claims Adjuster with Allstate Insurance Company. He is also an active member of the Iota Iota Chapter of Omega Psi Phi, Inc. He also a member of the Sandhills Family Heritage Association.

Mr. Fleming was born on February 20, 1967 and is a native of Harnett County, North Carolina. He is the youngest of 8 children. He married to J. Cheri Matthews Fleming. They have a 5 year old son, Nyles Isaiah Fleming.

Mr. Fleming was elected President of the ECU Black Alumni Triangle Chapter in March 2002. His goals as president are consistent with the mission and by-laws of the East Carolina Alumni Association.
