The chapter was established by ECU African American graduates, in the triangle area, to pursue goals that will attract, recruit and retain a continued diverse population at
East Carolina University.
To provide scholarships for academic excellence for African American high school students.
To promote mentoring activities for African American middle school and high school students.
To sponsor service projects that will project a positive impact in the community.
To provide a social and career development network.
To provide a family support network for alumni.
To encourage and provide alumni contributions to East Carolina University.
